Registration opens February 15th! Here’s what’s new this year:
Medical Form: A downloadable pre-camp form must be signed by your child’s doctor and submitted as soon as possible; final deadline by July 1, 2025.
Folk Costumes: Please indicate whether your child has a folk costume. With increasing enrollment, this helps us plan accordingly.
Shuttle Payments: You can now pay for SeaTac shuttles directly through the registration form. If unsure of your plans, payment can be made later. (Shuttles may be pre-paid without knowing exact flight times).
Tuition Payment Plans: Available through June 1, 2025.
Early Bird Discount: Get 5% off total tuition with code CIRULIS25—valid through March 1st, midnight (Pacific Time).
If you choose to pay the full tuition without using the discount, please know that these additional funds greatly support Kursa’s operations!
If you are still waiting to register, please fill out our Short Form for 2025 here!
Travel to Kursa
When do I arrive? For those driving, we look forward to welcoming you from 12:00 PM! A buffet lunch will be available from 12:00–2:00 PM for visiting parents and students.
When should I book my flight? We recommend arriving in Seattle (SeaTac) in the morning or by early afternoon, around 3:00 PM, to allow enough time to catch a shuttle to Kursa. Travel time from SeaTac to Shelton can take 2–3 hours on weekends.
Financial Aid
We believe finances shouldn’t be a barrier to attending Kursa! Financial Aid is available for families in need, considering factors like income, single-parent households, multiple children enrolled, foreign exchange rates, career changes, family illness, or other hardships.
For those seeking general stipends, many are offered through organizations like Daugavas Vanagi, local church groups, and Latvian organizations. For a list of suggestions, visit kursa.org/stipendijas

As with language immersion programs, the language used for registration, financial aid, and logistical matters is separate from our educational curriculum.
Thank you for your understanding.
